I'm a software developer working on the Data Products team at Flipboard. Before working at Flipboard, I led backend development at Zite. I wrote Zite's news recommendation engine as well as a bunch of other backend services there.

I regularly post other interesting articles I've found on my flipboard account - if you like anything I've written here you should check it out. I also have a twitter account that I use at least twice a year.

I live in Vancouver BC with my wife and three children.
